Community service activities regarding training in preparing questions on the digital application-based Merdeka curriculum for Indonesian language teachers in Ogan Ilir Regency (OI) are motivated by the difficulty for junior high school teachers in OI Regency in compiling questions, even though the ability to compile questions is part of the competence as a professional teacher. This service activity aims to determine the ability of teachers to compile digital application-based questions, especially in Indonesian language subjects as an implementation of the independent curriculum. The methods used are material delivery, material simulation, mentoring, interaction, and assignments. material delivery, material simulation, mentoring, are intended to provide knowledge and insight along with concrete examples on the independent curriculum, as well as steps in developing questions properly. Assignment is a practice activity to practice making questions that are done individually then the results are discussed online through zoom. Each participant is asked to present their work and then be corrected together by peers and instructors. Based on the correction, the participants then revised the questions so that the questions were ready to be applied to the digital application in the form of Quiziz. At the end of the activity, a test was conducted in the form of self-reflection about knowledge of digital-based questions. This service activity made a good contribution in improving the ability of teachers to develop questions, indicated by an increase in learning outcomes before and after training in question preparation for 18 participants and categorized as very good.
